The following cards summarise the most important aspects of the 9c6 Terms and Conditions. They are provided for convenience only — the full legal text in the sections below governs your relationship with 9c6.

By accessing or using the 9c6 platform at 9c6.bet, or by registering for an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you enter into a legally binding agreement with 9c6 and you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the 9c6 platform.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and 9c6 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements relating to the subject matter herein. 9c6 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

To register for a 9c6 account and use the platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 9c6 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be immediately closed and any funds may be forfeited.
• You must be a natural person registering and using the platform in your own name, on your own behalf, for your own recreational use. Registering on behalf of another person or using another person's account is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration including your legal name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these terms.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any self-exclusion register, nor currently subject to any voluntary or compulsory exclusion from gaming platforms.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 9c6, nor a close family member of any such person. Employees and their immediate family members are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in any promotion.

Each player may hold only one active 9c6 account. Duplicate accounts are a violation of these terms and will result in all duplicate accounts being closed, with any balances or bonuses in duplicate accounts forfeited. If you discover that you have accidentally created a duplicate account, you must contact 9c6 support immediately.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 9c6 staff will never ask you for your password via any communication channel. Any activity that occurs on your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified 9c6 of any unauthorised use of your credentials.

KYC Verification

9c6 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process at any time, including prior to processing a withdrawal. You may be asked to provide a copy of a valid national identity document, a recent utility bill or bank statement, and/or a selfie photograph. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in withdrawal holds or account suspension until verification is satisfactorily completed.

Account Closure

You may close your 9c6 account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (subject to wagering requirement completion where bonus funds are involved) will be returned to you via your registered payment method following identity verification. 9c6 may also close or suspend your account at its sole discretion if it determines that you have violated these Terms and Conditions or that your account activity poses a risk to the platform or other players.

9c6 supports deposits and withdrawals via major Bangladeshi mobile financial services and bank transfer options. All transaction amounts are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 9c6 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment service provider may apply their own transaction fees independent of 9c6.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon successful transaction confirmation from the relevant payment processor. 9c6 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit that it believes to be fraudulent, made using stolen funds, or otherwise in breach of these terms or applicable law.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to available balance and completion of any applicable wagering requirements. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. 9c6 aims to process standard withdrawals within 15 minutes during operating hours (9 AM to 11 PM Bangladesh Standard Time). The following conditions may result in a withdrawal being delayed or declined:

• KYC verification has not been completed or the documents submitted have not yet been approved by the 9c6 compliance team.
• There is an active investigation into the account related to suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Bonus funds are still subject to active wagering requirements that have not yet been fulfilled.

9c6 offers promotional bonuses including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between the terms of a specific promotion and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions offered by 9c6 unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met in full.
• Each bonus is limited to one redemption per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise. Attempts to claim multiple instances of the same bonus through multiple accounts or other means will be treated as bonus abuse.
• 9c6 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the bonus was claimed fraudulently, through manipulation of the bonus system, or in breach of these terms.
• Free spins, where offered, are valid only on the designated game(s) stated in the promotion and expire after the period stated in the promotion terms. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and subject to the stated wagering requirements before withdrawal.

9c6 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools designed to help players maintain control over their gaming activity. These tools, accessible from within the account settings area of the 9c6 platform, include: deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, a cooling-off feature (temporary account suspension for a period of your choosing), and self-exclusion (permanent or temporary exclusion from the platform). We strongly encourage all players to make use of these tools proactively.

9c6 enforces a minimum player age of 21 years without exception. The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 9c6 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting any other person in doing so, including by sharing a device, IP address, or payment method with another player's account for the purpose of circumventing account limits or bonus restrictions.
• Using any software, robot, script, algorithm, or other automated method to interact with the 9c6 platform in a way that is not consistent with normal human play, or to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the house.
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds that originate from criminal activity, fraud, or any illegal source. All accounts are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring. 9c6 cooperates fully with law enforcement investigations.
• Colluding with other players, casino staff, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game. Collusion includes but is not limited to sharing hand information in live poker, chip-dumping, and coordinating bets to exploit bonus terms.
• Exploiting any software error, glitch, bug, or malfunction in the 9c6 platform or in any game to obtain credits, winnings, or any other benefit not intended under the normal operation of the platform. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are not valid and will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, threats, or discriminatory behaviour directed at 9c6 staff or other players via any communication channel associated with the 9c6 platform.

9c6 reserves the right to determine, in its sole and reasonable discretion, whether prohibited conduct has occurred. The consequences of prohibited conduct — including account suspension, closure, and fund forfeiture — apply regardless of whether the conduct was intentional or inadvertent.

All content on the 9c6 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and game content — is the intellectual property of 9c6 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 9c6 platform solely for your own personal recreational use in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 9c6 platform without the prior written consent of 9c6.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 9c6, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 9c6 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any other commercial or financial loss, even if 9c6 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9c6 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or uninterrupted. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, network outages, or force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. 9c6 will use reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as practicable but accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of platform unavailability.

9c6 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By using the 9c6 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 9c6 uses your personal data to operate your account, process transactions, comply with legal obligations including anti-money laundering and age-verification requirements, and to communicate with you about your account and relevant promotions. 9c6 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

9c6 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the revised terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, 9c6 will endeavour to notify registered players via their registered email address or via an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the 9c6 platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
